    The Russet Dress was purchased in 2013 by ING for the Discerning Eye Collection. It will be included in a special exhibition of selected works from the collection at the Guildford House Gallery, a beautiful 17th century townhouse on the High Street.  The show opens on 14th July and continues until 16th September 2018.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERADavid was born in 1954, studied painting at Nottingham and Gloucestershire Colleges of Art and philosophy at Exeter University.  Elected as a member of the Royal Watercolour Society in 2001 He has exhibited widely and been awarded a number of prizes including the Discerning Eye Benton Prize, the Chairman’s Prize and First Prize and Second Prize in the  NOA (National Open Art).

David was awarded the Turner Medal in 2015.

He lives and works in Somerset, England.
